MiniNotes is designed to fast-track and organize text files on your
desktop while you work. It was originally developed as a software
development tool, someplace where you could keep a multiple of text
files organized while you work. Mini-Notes is Dot Net enabled, so you
need the Dot Net Framework, version 1.1 instralled on your machine for
this program to function.
