Hello all,
We have a remote IT person who we want to be able to do
some server management tasks. I delegated the desired
abilities to the OU's I want him able to manage and that
seems to work fine.
2 things I can not make work are the ability for him to
logon to the server in terminal services remote admin mode.
From what I can find, the only user right you need to do
this is log on locally, I have given him this right and
verified that it was effective, he is still unable to
login.
The other one is the ability to create shares, I gave him
the right to create permanent shares, did not work.

Any ideas?

If you running 2003-server add him to the Remote Desktop Users Group.
otherwise check the Permissions for the RDP-TCP connection the Terminal
Services Configuration Snapin

Thanks Christoffer,
This was a little new to me as this is the first non-admin
that has needed this access. Appreciate the help!
