Outlook Minimizing composed outlook emails without disappearing

Outlook forces me to save and actually close an email I am composin
just to do anything else in Outlook. Is there a setting I can change t
allow me to simply minimize it until I wish to continue composing

You will have to save it as a draft and then open it back up when you want to finish it. I remember back in the day email programs would let you have multiple new emails open for composing, but they have seemed to lost a lot of features these days.
