Minimized Windows

This is a question that will probably have a simple
answer.:) I have just recently formatted my HD and
reinstalled my programs. On Internet Explorer 6 when I
open up any window it is minimized. How can I change this
so my windows will pop up in Maximized only. Thanks
 
You can try this: right click on your "IE Icon", click on
properties, click on the drop down arrow beside "Run:"
and select "Maximize" if that works, your done, if not,
move your pointer to a corner of the window and when it
truns to a double arrow, drag it and size it to what you
like. You may have to do this a few times when opening
new windows, but then it will remain.
