Minimized Open Programs Disappear

Help! When I minimize a program the taskbar buttons do not appear. I don't
know what happened or how to fix the problem. When I open Windows Task
Manager, they are all there and open, but there are no buttons on my task
bar. What did I do and how do I undo it?

Taskbar Repair Tool Plus

Once you've extracted the files from the zip folder, run the
program and select "Minimized programs missing" under Taskbar
Problems. Hit the Repair button.
