minimize problem?

Hi all
when I minimize my windows I can't see them in taskbar ..
I don't know..
I have to use ALT+TAB to activate them..
how can I solve this problem?

See if this helps.

Download this program and extract the file from the zipped
folder. Run the program and look under Taskbar problems for
Minimized Programs Missing. Click on that line and hit the
Repair button.
