I would not use the autoexce macro to open the startup
form.
instead i would goto tool>Startup.
enter the form i wanted open at startup. uncheck display
database window. this hides the database window. you can
unhide it manually by windows>unhide>select from list.
try that and see if it doesn't correct your problem.
