mini rj-45?

I'm working with a security camera that's using this tiny rj-45 like
connector on its cable. Anyone know what its called? Its looks exactly
like an rj-45 but its just smaller. Six pins.

No luck with web searches.

RJ-13? It's like a regular telephone connector - but using all 6
positions.

Anyone know where I can buy this stuff? Is there a well known low-price
place for telecom/cables like newegg is for PCs?

Erm - For RJ13s, you can check such really obtuse places such as,
oh, Wal-Mart, Sears, Home Depot, Radio Shack ...

Also for RJ-12s (which are 6 position 4 conductor - 2 lines), and
RJ-11s (which are 6 position 2 conductor - 1 line).

I found a business called cablesforless.com and ordered from them. I
really didn't feel like driving all around town looking for these
things. Heck its hard enough getting RJ-45 heads and crimpers let alone
RJ-12 stuff.

Regarding positions and conductors- What does 6P6C mean? I'm assuming it
means six potions six conductors thus 3 twisted pairs? This diagram
suggests that:

Anyone know why telecom even uses RJ12? It seems like RJ45 is easier to
get and probably more sturdy as its a bigger plug. Are they popular in
Europe or Asia?

But, since RJ-1x stuff is standard home phone, it's EVERYWHERE,
unlike RJ-45.

Err - Because it predates RJ45, and is a cheaper connector?

And they're VERY popular in the USA. Hell, you can't buy a
telephone for the home that's NOT RJ11/RJ12 and haven't been able to
(easily) since the 80's ...

RJ11/RJ12 is standard home phone wiring, unlike RJ45.
