Does it work with a normal ATX power supply?

150 watts should be good enough. Try without and drives attached.

Hi,

I have an AMD K6/2 Mainboard and try to connect it to an Mini-ITX Power
Supply having 150W

When I start the Computer it powers up but turns off 3 sec after start.

Can someone tell me why? Or is it not possible to connect the ITX
Power-supplay to an normal ATX Mainboard.

Thanks

Steve

Not good. I doubt it, but, it might have a sensor for a CPU fan and if it
isn't plugged in the board might shut itself down.

I'd be trying a normal power supply to see if its the board or the PSU at
this point.
