Scores are by user and recorded in the Registry. If you wish to "reset" try
using a different player's name. As for resizing, I don't recall ever being
able to resize Minesweeper. It is dependent upon the number of squares you
choose to play using one of the pre-selected counts or a Custom amount.
Take a look under the Game drop-down menu.
