=Min(DateField)

I can't seem to get the Min(), Max() to work on a date field. Is special formatting needed? I have a query that is run based on user input of beginDate and endDate. I can run the sql to capture the needed data, but I would like to print out the user's date options in the report header. Am I going about this the right way

Answered in microsoft.public.access. Please don't multipost. If you want to
send the message to more than one newsgroup, cross-post it to all of them at
once. That way, when it is replied to in one of them the reply goes to all
