Have the other location check its exchange message format properties in ESM
to see if it is set to strip formatting from sent items.

After furious head scratching, jerzey4life asked:
| well whats weird is that 99% of all the meeting requests that we are
| getting are showing up like this.
|
| Even meetings from one of our r&d offices (different domain and
| exchange) started comming through as all text.
|
| I verified that the other exchange server was set up the same as
| mine, and that the outlook clients we set up the same as we are here.
| all exchange 2003 sp2 and outlook 2003 sp2 and all the clients are
| set to send mail in the same way.
|
| I cand send meeting notes to my other office and they get them fine,
| but then send them to us and we get text???
|
|
| its just weird that it went from about 1% to 99% from one day to the
| next.
|
| Any ideas?
