Migration to Outlook

Hi
I am just looking for some help in migrating my email messages
from The Bat! to Outlook 2003. I can export messages from The Bat! as
..msg, .eml or unix mailbox. How can I transfer the message base to
Outlook please?

Another forum suggested exporting as eml, then dragging these msgs into
Outlook Express (maybe also Win Mail), then exporting from OE to Outlook

If you have a Unix mbox format, Outlook Express should be able to import it
using its Eudora import and then you can export the messages from there to
Outlook.
