Migration problem!

Dear guys.

I using Migration tool version 2.0 to migrate active directory
user account on windows 2000 server DC ,but when i migrate user account
during , occur some problem , that's i using migration tool/user account
migration wizard to migrate user account , when i choose "migrate passwords"
, and select source domain then next , i get this error message "unable to
establish a session with the password export server:access deny" , i checked
registry , the config is correct , i don't know what's my problem , anybody
can help me ? and how to migration "GPO and OU" to another DC , thanks

Did you follow the instructions in the Microsoft Knowledge Base article on
how to use a 'password export server'?

Also, it is not clear what you are trying to do. Well, the details are not.
Are you trying to use ADMT v2 to migrate users from a WINNT 4.0 Domain to a
WIN2000 environment or are you going from WIN2000 to WIN2000? If from
WIN2000 to WIN2000 is the source Domain a sub-domain of the destination
domain ( or vice - versa ..... meaning, have you created a sub-domain and
would like to move a bunch of user account objects from the parent domain to
the child domain or vice versa ) or is this a forest to forest situation?
