Migration of Win 2k Primary Domain Controller to another GC server

I would like to move the Primary Win2k domain controller
to another GC server. Can I just do it by runing a dcpromo
on this primary server?

If you have a Domain Controller that you'd like to make into a GC, it's a
checkbox setting - check out the following KB article.
