Migration of DC installed with Clearcase

I want to migrate all the users from my old domain to new domain using
ADMT.but the problem is the Domain Controller of old domain is installed with
Clearcase.I would like know how to go about it?Any links documents
appreciated.

What is the problem with Clearcase?
(1) You must keep it?
(2) You cannot migrate users, groups,etc because of disturbing the
server?

If (1):
Migrate users, groups and computers to new domain
Demote the NT4 BDC to a member server and put the server in the
domain. This cannot be done by default, but there are tools that can
do this although MS does not support demoting a BDC

If (2):
Install another NT4 BDC. Promote to PDC and migrate

However, I still do not know what the problem is.

Thanks for the suggestions,I do not have any problmes with Clearcase right
now but I would like know following things.

1.Dependency of Clearcase on Active Directory of Old Doamin?
2.After Migrating User and groups to new domain and demoting existing domain
and join the old domain's domain controller as a member server of new domain,
will the clear case function normally or not?
3.My Old domain controller is not NT4 but it Windows 2000 Advanced Server
with SP4.
