Migration of another company

Hi All,

I have Windows 2003 AD domain and Exchange 2003.
I need to migrate another company that have NT 4 domain and Exchange 5.5,
into my existing Forest / Exchange organization. what is the best way to do
this?

Thanks Jerold, I know how to establish trust, I want to avoid from SID
migration and using the ADMT, I thought about In place upgrade for NT 4
Domain and tell him to join existing forest as child domain and then move
the Exchange server using the "Move server Wizard" is this possible?
