Migration from PPC to WinCE.NET

Hi all,
I've an application developed in VS.NET 2003 for Pocket PC platform.
I need to do a migration from PPC to WinCE.NET.
Does it possible?
What are the essential difference between the platform?

The UI will likely have to be re-written.

Blind code files and dlls can be reused as is (assuming they are not
pinvoking to platform features missing from your specific wince image).
