Migratinon Fail in windows 2000

I want to Migrate Active directory from one domain to the
other. While I am using ADMT2.exe if fails.

"Network path not found.(Error Code=53,domain=xxxxx)"

What could be the reson?

Any other solutions?

ADMT requires Netbios resolution as well as a two way trust between the
domains. If on different subnets, I would suggest to use WINS.
