Migrating VB project to ASP.Net using Tools/Wizards

How I can migrate a Product/Application which is completely developed using
Visual Bacic 6.0 to ASP.Net without writing the ASP.Net Code from Scratch.
Concerened over time I am forced to use any of the tools which can migrate
VB projects directly to ASP.Net or atleast VB.Net to ASP.Net.
Can somebody help me on this by giving info of any Such tools available.

You really can't...

The issue here has almost nothing to do with language syntax - it's the .NET
Framework. .NET is almost entirely different from VB6 in virtually every
way...
Can somebody help me on this by giving info of any Such tools available.

There is none (including the Microsoft one!) which even comes close...

You will undoubtedly spend more time fixing problems caused by such tools
than would be required to rewrite the entire project.
