Migrating Outlook Express to Outlook XP

I have used Outlook Express for years on my old computer and would like to
transfer my contacts and messages to Outlook on my new computer. Detto
Intellimover didn't do it and I'm stuck. Any help??
 
Did you try Outlook's Import Wizard? The options are all right there.
File > Import and Export... >Import Internet Mail and Addresses
