Migrating Outlook Express messages to Windows Mail

Hello,

My previous PC was running XP with Outlook Express. I have now bought a new
PC with Vista, which is running Windows Mail.

Do you have any pointers that will help me copy / migrate my old email
messages from the Outlook Express folders to Windows Mail on Vista?

Note that the 2 PC's are separate ...
