Hello,
A bit of history. I'm evaluating how to migrate approx 2500+ users from an
NT4.0 domain profile into a win2k3 active directory domain. But a lot of
these users have non standard applications which have to be present in the
new ID's which means the information stored in hkey_local_users has to move
from the old ID, to the new ID seamlessly.
So, is it possible to capture information from the users local registry? I
know the hkey_local_users is really a pointer to HKEY_Users, but from an
automated deployment perspective how am I to properly capture this
information? Thanks in advance
