Why it's the weak and troublesome SBC/Yahoo email client (web based) of
course!! My opinions were formed early on (while I waited for sister
employed by Microsoft to get me from Win98 2nd Ed. and Ms Office 97 to Office
Pro 2003 on my newer WinXP system) with regard to SBCY's specific web based
email app., the accompanying and equally poor connection app. and the
accompanying connection status app. driving the GUI with connection
status/data which did not even understand that the connection it monitors had
been interrupted for a littany of reasons as per SBC/Yahoo support
(Morons!!), none of which, they very quickly learned, had anything to do with
my system/config. because I do know exactly what I am doing thank you very
much!!!! Sorry for rambling..............
Finally I'm back to using Outlook again here at home and all within Office
Pro 2003!! This finally came to pass after a 6 month wait for Pro 2003
(thanks sis!!). then I find that the SBCY exporter app. they had created was,
at the very least, consistent with all of their other poorly concieved code,
thus pretty worthless in achieving continuity between email clients but I'm
not surprised at all (Half-assed apps. that are poorly thought out among
other things). .............just pissed!!!
Occasionally when I need a good laugh, I go back to saved support
conversations I have had with them (many, many of them)on various issues,
thus lifting my spirits as uncontrolled laughter can do................I must
stop digressing and give you the simple answer you requested!!
Correction.........I gave you the answer in there somewhere among the
ranting! Sorry for being so long winded and thanks for your reply to my
query!!
