Migrating Domain Admins Group

We are currently migrating from Windows NT 4.0 to Windows
2003 and decided to take the migration route. Although
we have ADMT, Ideal Migration and SubINACL we still
cannot figure out how to migrate our Domain Admins built
in group or Domain Users group. Has anyone ever migrated
these groups and if so how????
