Migrating data from vista RC2 to Vista Home Premium

I need HELP!
Is there a way to move all my data to a second hard drive where it will be
accessible by both the old RC2 and after I install Vista Home Premium (In
a few months) I would like to keep all data i.e. E-mail, downloads, photos,
etc separate from the drive that Vista is on .
any and all help appreciated.
