Migrating Calendars

Hi, folks -

My organization is retiring an old calendaring software and is implementing
Exhange Server with Outlook. The old software has Access on the back end. Is
there a way to migrate people's calendar items to the Exchange server without
going to each desktop? There are more than 200.

what export options they support.
