Migrating bookmarked favorites from to a different computer

I am going to have a new computer and would like to find out if it is
possible to migrate bookmarked in the Favorites sites from the old machine
that I had to the new one.
I don’t want to do it manually again on the new one. It’s too many! Help!
 
Use IE-File-Export to create a single HTML file.
Transfer that file to your new computer and use IE-File-Import.
