Migrating Accounts from one 2k forest into another 2k forest

Hi

I'm sure other companies will have the exact same scenario as ours

We have a single domain W2K forest called abc.com which is currently in mixed mode but soon we should be native. Currently Exchange 5.5 but Exchange 2003 to be implemented soon

We have merged with another company and they have a W2K forest called xyz.com + exchange 2000, so far we have set-up trusts between these forests to share/access each other resources

What we would like to do is to migrate all users from the xyz.com into the abc.com forest, are there any tools that allows us to do a simple migration from one forest into another? or will ADMTv2 do the job

I will be setting up a test environment to test different migration paths and any help is appreciated

As I've stated at the start of the message I'm sure other companies have faced similar scenarios

This is exactly the scenario that ADMTv2 is designed for and it does this
job very well.
