Migrate Win2K server

I have a Win2K server. It is failing me miserably. I have some sort of
virus on the machine that is causing grave difficulty. I've purchased
another server since my other one is also old.

Question: The server is the Domain Controller (AD) on my network. What is
the easiest way to replicate the old server setup to the new one? Am I
risking migrating my corrupt settings/files to the new server, thus resulting
in a fresh install/setup on the new server?

I would never migrate a compromised installation. It's just not
worth the risk.
