Migrate to new domain

I has problem with my domain in migrate moment Windows 2000 Server, Windows
2003 Server. After many days I resolve change all computer to new domain

My question: Can I create a new domain on IP range of may old domain, with
other DNS name and other NetBios name?

My purpose it´s create this new domain, trusted between, to don´t stop the
services and I get work one computer by time.
