Migrate local users with the passwords from W2K box to W2K3 box

Hi

I'm upgrading to Windows 2003 and wanted all the local users with their
passwords residing in W2K migrated/setup in the new W2K3 box. Is there a tool
to do this seemlessly. Please help. Thanks in advance
