Migrate from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003

I have to setup a new PC and move boss's Outlook (Office XP Small Business)
files to Outlook 2003. Is the best way simply to copy Outlook.pst from the
old PC to the new PC. Thanks, in advance, for help.
