Migrate existing outlook 2003 settings to new outlook 2003 install

I work for a company that upgraded office XP to outlook 2003. It added
outlook 2003 in the "Microsoft office XP" directory. We now want to upgrade
the whole office XP suite to office 2003. The problem is how do we migrate
over the original outlook 2003 settings to the new office 2003 install which
will be located in the "Microsoft Office 2003" directory? Any suggestions
will be helpful.
