I have a server running windows 2000 advanced server and exchange 2000
server and I would like to replicate/migrate it to the new server I
just bought. The old machine must be decommisioned. Anybody has aby
suggestions on how to do it?

Thanks

1. Install new DC in the same domain
2. Install new exchange server into the same organization
3. Move mailboxes/public folders from one exchange server to the other
4. Transfer all FSMO roles from old dc to the new one. Make new server a GC
5. Transfer all other services (DHCP, DNS, WINS,....)
6. use dcpromo to remove AD from old server
7. Remove old Exchange server
