Migrate current forest to different domain

Hi, My company has recently acquired another firm; each
has their own domain forest; does anyone know if there's
a way to migrate one forest to another as a child domain?

Migration is best done with ADMT (download version 2 from Microsoft).

You can also establish external trusts if you wish to keep them and share
resources.
