Hi there - I REALLY hope you can help me :)

Outlook 2003 is taking the "firstname" & "lastname" and GENERATING it's own
middlename!

For example:

A contact entered as Brian Young will become Brian B.Y. Young (after it
syncs with the Exchange Server).

Microsoft says that this is a JAPANESE error, although we're in Canada.

Hi Diane,

Thanks for getting back! I'm not sure what AD means, but I believe we have
2003 Exchange Server.

Is Outlook doing it or is it that way in the AD? What version of Exchange
server?

Hi Diane, the other thing I should mention is that it is only happening on
one computer (although others have Outlook 2003 and one has 2007 and use the
system as well).
