This spyware (Midaddle) is located and removed every time
a scan is done by Microsoft Beta Anti spyware. Is there
any way to "innoculate" the computer so that it is blocked
from returning?

Hi

Yes probably , scan in safe mode, press F8 during reboot.

Choose fullscan with all options checked.

Also run this tools, CCleaner and Lavasofts Adaware.

Restart your computer in safe mode, do a full system scan, on the Scan Page,
choose Scan Options > Full System Scan.
