MidAddle Adware and Automatic Alert

I continue to get an alert warning that MidAddle Adware is
trying to install. When I select the remove button, it
removes and shuts down my browser. This happens about
every 5 mins. Even if I select to run a full scan it
won't go away.

Couple of questions -

How do I get rid of this Adware?

Is there not a way to block this automatically without
having the warning pop up and shut down the browser?

There is an always ignore but my understanding is this
allows its installation. Why not an always prevent?

A hijackThis scan is the first step.

Get HijackThis.exe from
http:/www.tomcoyote.com/hjt/HijackThis.exe


Save it then Open it and SCAN your system then SAVE LOG
and send me the HijackThis log as an attachment. You can
try just copying it and pasting it into a reply but I
might not see it. I should be able to identify the
problem and tell you how to get rid of it for good.
