Mid tower Case with filter for dust?

How about a Mid-Tower case with some sort of filtering for dust? Need
room for 4) CD ROMs.

Antec file server. Has washable filters in the front - can put 2 fans there
if you wish - has 2 case fans in rear besides ps fan and holds 10 drives.

Get a full tower. It will have more space (and better cooling).
 
What do people do with this type of case that has the door over the
cdroms when the cdrom decides to eject and the door is closed? Seems
like it would be bad for the cdrom. Do most people just leave the door
hanging open or remove it? I was thinking of this case, but I have 3
cdroms and one is always popping open for a disk change.

Antec SLK3700AMB at newegg.com or accupc.com.

But there is a hole in the bottom of the front panel that you will need
to cover with a strip of furnace filter.
