Micrsoft Word Viewer

How can I switch all my documents back to Microsoft Word Office 2003 after
saving something in Microsoft Word Viewer? everything changed to Microsoft
Word Viewer (read-only) and now I can't use my documents

From Start, Run (Winkey+R) type in

winword /r

and press enter.
