When I use ScanWizard Pro 6.1 via a twain hook up to PE2, I can't find a way
to scan transparencies or negatives. Is there an updated TWAIN driver
available or am I missing something?

You select film mode with the brown icon at the right end of the Scanwizard
Pro toolbar. This film choice is also in the Preferences menu, same thing.

Sorry, I guess I was fooled by when you said ScanWizard, here and in the
message subject. I have no defense <g>

My ScanWizard Pro is as I said, but you might also try the manuals PDF file,
and also try the Help Menu. There is lots in both places about using the
scanner.
