MICROSTAR MS -6367 BEEPS THE STOPS

I tried dropping this board into my PC but cannot get it to turn on
with the case buttons. Followed the manual to THE LETTER. Each time I
try to plug it in the fan turns on, it beeps then stops after maybe 5
seconds. What am I doing wrong?
 
Check your AGP card. Sometimes the AGP card lock can cause the card to rise
a fraction of a millimeter causing the system not to start. On MSI boards,
I tend to pop off the card lock because I've had it happen a few times.


Reset your BIOS aswell.

Some motherboards need to sense the CPU fan before they will fully boot. Check
to make sure that the CPU fan is plugged into the correct header; if it is, try
another fan.

Im using the built in video. How can I reset the BIOS when it won't
stay on for more than 5 seconds?
