Microstaff WINASPI

Anyone know what this does. I notice that when I installed my Fuji Finepix
it installed this, it didn't install it on my Desktop running W98SE.
I looked on Google but couldn't find a lot of information on it. None that
helped me.

Thanks for your reply. So I take it it's a driver for my CD. Why would my
camera software need to install that? Would have thought there would have
been one already installed being as my laptop came with a DVD/CD/CD-RW combo
drive. Toshiba A30-714.
