I've already approached our IT personal on this matter and they have no clue.

My home computer and office are both XP Pro. I do my updates weekely. I
downloaded and installed the free Outlook backup program on my home computer
and work. This program works fine on my home computer as well as my
Collegues work computer EXCEPT mine. (they only update about once every 4-5
months)

Since I update my computer weekly, is there a possibility that one of my
newer updates is making the backup tool not work? I can't even see it in my
FILE drop down menu on my work computer. We are using Exchange, and this
outlook tool appears in my collegues computer drop down menu. Any
suggestions?
