Microsoft XP Firewall and Cisco VPN Client Connection

Hi,

I use the Cisco VPN client to connect to my office network. I note that
Microsoft says that, "You should not enable Internet Connection Firewall on
virtual private networking (VPN) connections, which are typically used to
securely log in to a corporate network."

Does this mean that I should disable the firewall for my Cisco Systems VPN
Adapter (in my case Local Area Connection 2)?

I Googled and found this link which is for Windows Firewall that is in XP
SP2. If you are using XP SP2 then it may help as it offers some suggestions
on how to make it work with a Cisco VPN client. -- Steve
