I asked a simple question and didn't get a responce, How many C.D's are in
Microsoft WORKS SUITE 2000., My other question wasn't answered ether.
I'm a Senior living on a fixed income which I think suggs,.But microsoft
OUTLOOK EXP was put in my computer without any c.d.s, Then i tried to use the
service it says download MSN free and you could load xra's like the new
version of software to place templates and write differnt style, when I tried
to access that it said I had to purchase that service from M.S.N. as I had to
join MSN premium service. I get Juno dot com for $8.95 cents a motth now they
have speedband for $14.95 a mo. but because I was a loyal customer they threw
it speed band for nothing, and they three in Mega mail that cost $1.83 extra.
So why should I pay $19.95 to MSN, when here I get everything for less then
$9.00 and it's billed to my checking account on a bi-monthly basis. It seems
that you large Corporate Conglamorates are making zillions on the people. I
think that since your products and only you products are in cazillion
computers across the United States that all premiun service should be free to
anyone who purchases a computer.THAT'S MY OPINION.

Just a couple of comments on your message...

1) If you posted your original message(s) in this newsgroup and got no
answers, it is probably because this newsgroup is for support of the Outlook
product from the Microsoft Office suite, which is not the same program as
Outlook Express at all, despite the unfortunately similar name. And Works is
not supported in this newsgroup either. There are other Microsoft newsgroups
for those programs; I will be happy to help you find them if you wish.

2) Outlook Express is installed with Internet Explorer, which is a download
from Microsoft, so neither program comes with CDs. If you need the program
or a new version you just go to Microsoft and download it.
