Microsoft Works 7.0

I have been trying to insert a picture (JPEG) file into Works 7.0 which will
not work. It tells me to check surrported formats. I have done this more
times than I care to count and it always worked before.

Would anyone have any idea why it stopped working. I also tried
re-installing works and that didn't help.

What happen if you click on Tools > Options > View > check the "Drawings"
box and uncheck the "Picture Placeholders" check box then click OK
