Microsoft Words

For some unknown reasons, one file (letter on words) which was properly
legible turned out one day completely illegible ....the words replaced by
little square all over the page.....Pls help to correct.

Open the file using Word, if that's what you mean by (letter on words)
and left mouse click anywhere in the page of the letter and see what
font it's using. In the upper left hand corner of the program there
should be a little box with something like Times New Roman or Arial and
next to that a little box with a number.

If it says something like Windings or Symbols then you need to change
the font back to Times New Roman or Arial.

To do that, click at the start of your letter with your left mouse
button, then scroll to the end of the letter and then hold down your
Shift key and left mouse click at the end of your letter.

Then go to that little box and use the down arrow and select a different
font. Did that make the letter come back?

WTF is "Microsoft Words"?
Do you mean 'Microsoft Word' per chance, and which version?
