I have some documents thatare from an old computer that
on a floppy. They are wordpad docs. I'd like to open them
on my new xp system, but when I do I'm loosing the font
from the docs. Is there a download of something else that
I can do to open them? I'm new at this, Help!!!

Sure you have the font(s) you need?
WordPAD docs? Then why did you say WordPERFECT in your subject?

If it's WordPerfect, then re-install your WordPerfect and see if it can load
them. Some conversions from WordPerfect to Word so NOT go smoothly.

WordPerfect is not a Microsoft product....its a Corel product.
